As an entrepreneur Beth has started, built, and sold multiple companies. She has experience as both a fractional and full-time EOS Integrator, specializing in small and medium size firms in the software, professional services, contact centers, manufacturing, non-profit, and construction industries. Beth's heart is with visionaries, founders and entrepreneurs; these are her people. Approaching her work from the lens of more than 25 years of experience in the full range of business from operations to human resources, Beth has delivered proven results as both a business owner and leader in Fortune 500 companies. As a leader in large organizations Beth has had responsibility for facilities throughout the United States, Canada, Central America, Europe, and Asia for companies such as NACCO, Honeywell, and Fiserv. She is a recognized expert in business, organizational effectiveness, and workforce issues. In 2021 Beth was awarded the 2021 Smart50 designation, and was nominated & accepted into the global executive leadership program at the Harvard School of Business. In 2020 she was featured in Columbus CEO Magazine as an innovative leader. Beth is the Founder of Columbus Works, which was named a 2020 Top 5 Nonprofits To Watch by the Columbus Foundation. She has participated as an expert panelist on national workforce issues at the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C., and was named a 2020 Global Knowledge leader on talent and workforce issues. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Master's in Business Administration from Franklin University, is certified in the Toyota Operating System, is a certified Change Management Practitioner, earned the LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt from The Ohio State University, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Non-Profit Executive Leadership program. Beth is also a graduate of EOS Worldwide Rocketfuel UniversityTM and the Integrator Master Class. Beth is a guest instructor at The Ohio State University, and is an Adjunct Professor at Cedarville University where she has been involved in MBA course development and teaches in the School of Business Administration.
